Royal Purple engine oil

I have done some research about Royal Purple engine oil because I have experienced some engine knock on startup ever since I started using Royal Purple. I have found out upon talking to several different mechanics, that Royal Purple oil breaks down rather quickly. I have found out that Royal Purple uses a subgrade base oil then adds an incredible additive package. Because of the subgrade base, the oil breaks down faster leading to a lack of bond on engine parts causing engine knock at startup.… Continue
